EQ360 was created for adults, professionals, educators, teachers, students, and families in mind, making it ideal for all ages and walks of life.
How does it work?
EQ360 involves information from 6 scientific and academic competencies: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills, Responsible Decision-Making, and Motivation. Each of these competencies involves 3 skill areas. EQ360 includes all 18 sub-competencies when evaluating your emotional intelligence.
